VoiceMarker

Adds "Who's Talking" text and visual marker. Pre-configured with the OCRP/Family RP circle around the player's feet. You can configure to show or hide the marker, the "who's talking" text, or the player ID over the head. If showing a marker you can change what marker is used and where it displays in relation to the player (overhead or on the ground or anywhere in between) and what color it is. All the voice marker options in one script.

There are so many versions of various parts of this out there. Family RP had the original circle around feet thing and OCRP had it after that. So this has been done many times. I wrote this to do all the things as a request from a server I worked on.
