Custom Plates
What is it?
Customize what your license plates look like on player vehicles as well as npc vehicles. Replace all plates easily by changing a config file. Template included and standard Texas license plates included.
The text colors are dark blue and yellow/gold just like in game and cannot be changed. It's a GTA thing.
Supports newest game build with all the extra plate slots.

Requirements
- NVE, QuantV, and other graphics mods prior to early 2025 over wrote the plate textures and cause this to not work.
- To use the new plates you have to be on newer game builds
