Full Description
Pepper Spray & Pocket Sand
Call up pepper spray/pocket sand and hit players/NPCs with it. It causes NPCs to fall to the ground and thrash for a few seconds. Causes players to have visual effects simulating eyes hindered. Configuration options for length of effect and strength of visual effects.
THIS IS NOT AN ADD-ON WEAPON. It will not be in your weapons inventory. It's just a side thing.
