Just a fun ped spawner & Demon Car (Christine) for Halloween. 

GHOULS

On a timer it will spawn randomly from a list of Halloween characters that you control in the settings. You can set how often it spawns, how many per player it spawns, how aggressive they are (from none to completely). It spawns them between 20 and 100m away from all players. They have various actions they do like: wander, flee, stalk, ambush, attack.

A free set of add on Halloween characters is included (not part of the price, they are free and included here for convenience). I would recommend you find good addon peds if you want to add them on. Most of the ones included here are not great and have terrible LODs so they don't look good more than 50m away or so. The spider and cockroach are very cool, though... from Pop Corn Pets. I recommend all their addon pets and animals.

DEMON CAR

There is also the demon hunt car (a.k.a. Christine) that you can have auto-spawn and chase a random player or you can manually spawn it (with permissioned role) to chase a particular player. The car will follow them quietly if they are in a vehicle and go all possessed and chase them to their death on foot. The car will only spawn at night (9pm - 5am). This functionality sort of mimics the GTAO demon car stuff.
