Hot Air Balloons will fly over San Andreas naturally at particular times during the day (configurable). Players can also spawn and fly the balloons.
The balloon is a vehicle originally created by W.. and is available for free on gta5mods. The version included with this script is a modified version but is included for free as a convenience. The price of the script does not include this free resource. It's free.
